Driver/Handy Person - We need a volunteer to go around our 4 charity shops on a regular basis at least twice a week to redistribute unsaleable items. This is a responsible, lone worker position. Use of the charity van to move around the county. Position ideal for active, energetic person who has good communication skills and is willing to 'get their hands dirty'. Clean driving license, will have to undergo CRB check and complete application form.
We need shop assistants for our 4 charity shops; Haverfordwest, Fishguard, Narberth and Neyland. There is normally a range of work to suit most people. For example, if you have a passion for fashion then sorting clothes might be for youor If you are a keen recycler then you can do your bit for the environment by making people aware of how goods that have been donated to us can be re-used.
Volunteering need not interfere with your other commitments. Most shops are open weekdays and Saturdays and it may be half a day a week you can offer or you might want to work full time
If you feel you could help by donating some of your time then either go and see the supervisor of your local shop or phone 01437 763223 for more information.
