Light Up A Life Appeal 2007
|
Light Up a Life AppealPembrokeshire Hospice Care - The Paul Sartori Foundation is the major provider of specialist palliative care in Pembrokeshire for those fighting cancer and other life threatening causes. We cared for 370 patients last year and provided 29,384 hours of support, including nursing, medical equipment and complimentary therapies. |
Our services care for the patient and their families at a most difficult, stressful and sensitive period in their lives. All of our support is provided free and we rely upon voluntary fundraising to support our work. All Light Up A Life donations will go towards enabling us to continue this standard of care and support.
The Light up a Life Appeal service was held at 7pm on 19th January, 2008 at Picton Community Centre, Haverfordwest. During a moving service of readings and hymns, attendees had the opportunity to light a candle in memory of loved ones. The Haverfordwest Ladies Choir performed during the evening and their singing was much appreciated.
